How we use your information

Simple Connectivity (Pty) Ltd (registration 2025/235562/07), 15 5th Avenue, 1st Floor, Springs, Gauteng, 1560. Privacy notice version 2026-09-30.

What we collect

Your name, cell number, e-mail and installation address; the package and contract you choose; your invoices and payments; support conversations; and network records (for example login times and data used) that we need to run and protect the network. We don't ask for bank details on our forms — debit orders are set up on our payment provider's own secure form.

Why we use it

• To check coverage and answer your enquiry.
• To set up, bill and support your service (we need this to perform our agreement with you).
• To run, secure and improve the network and to prevent fraud (our legitimate interest).
• To send offers and news — only if you ticked the box, and every message lets you stop them.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us provide the service, such as payment, messaging (WhatsApp) and e-mail providers. Some of them store data outside South Africa, under safeguards required by law. We never sell your information. We don't give your details to your landlord, body corporate or building owner without your consent.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become a service are deleted or anonymised after 12 months without contact. Customer records are kept for the life of your service and up to 5 years afterwards, for tax and disputes, unless the law requires longer.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or stop marketing at any time: e-mail info@simpleconnectivity.co.za or WhatsApp 084 544 8669. If you're unhappy with our answer, you may complain to the Information Regulator: inforeg.org.za.

Security

We protect your information with access controls, encryption in transit and audit logs, and we'll tell you and the Regulator if it is ever compromised.
